My Story

I am so excited to share my new blog with you. Welcome, my name is Therese. I am a children's photographer in Corona, CA. I love what I do, I love my family and friends, and just really love my life. I am Blessed that I have these great gifts. I get asked all the time, "What made you want to become a children's photographer?". Well aside from the fact that my mom always had a camera in her hands and that addiction wore off on me, here is the real story. In Sept 2000, my husband and I adopted our 2 wonderful daughters from an orphanage in Ukraine. My girls were 4 and 6 yrs old when we met them. They are bio sisters who had lived there since they were 1 and 3yrs. They had never had their photo taken. Their first "photo" was their passport photo to come to America. Well being that I always have a camera in my hand, I took thousands and thousands of photos of them. I caught "moments" that I wanted them to remember. Everything they saw , they saw for the first time. I wanted us all to remember those moments, forever. It breaks my heart when I hear them say they wished they knew what they looked like as a baby. They will never even know, they had their first photo when they were 4 and 6yrs. So fast forward to today, they run when they see my camera, as do most children of a photographer.(wink, wink) But they will have many precious photos to share with their children one day. I hope you will remember to capture the moments of your child's life. It is our gift to them. If we don't do it, who will? I hope I can be part of of your children's life, just for a moment, to capture their story.

Newborns are a gift from God

I have been friends with Jill for a very long time. So I was so excited when she had a baby girl. What a darling baby. I know Jill is going to be an amazing mother. We use to talk about the day we would be moms and so happy her day is finally here. Here is baby Jaz at just 4 weeks old.

Here comes the Brides

I did Aprils wedding couple months ago and wanted to have more bridal photos. She took her friend Michelle who hadn’t had any bridal photos from her wedding (from 4 yrs ago LOL)
We met at Claremont College ( LOVE that place)

Well I had my first wedding last weekend. It was great, so exciting. I just adored this couple and what a fun group. They had me laughing all day. There are only 4 spots available so book early. Session will be held at the field across from Tom’s Farms in Corona. ( just look at all the adorable photos in my blog from “the field”.
Session last 25 minutes long, are for ONE family only.
A 50.00 deposit is required to hold your spot. That will be applied towards on of the following collections:

three brothers/one hat…

My aunt made me some adorable hats and scarves because she knows I love to use them in my sessions. They add so much character.I am always on the lookout for new hats, so if you find some unique ones, let me know. So when I got my bag of new hats and scarves, I had to try them out on these 3 adorable brothers that I love dearly.
